Opportunity 1 - Project Estimator
Focusing on medium density developments, childcare centers & mixed use commercial projects.
Opportunity 2 - House & Land Estimator
Focusing on Greenfield homes, Knock down rebuild and inner multi-unit developments.
Role & Responsibilities
The successful individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are accurately costed and efficiently prepared for construction delivery. You will play a critical part in bridging pre-construction and site execution, ensuring budgets, procurement, and documentation are aligned for successful project outcomes.
Estimating & Cost Management
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), locked budgets, and purchase orders
- Analyse drawings, specifications, engineering documentation, and permits
- Ensure all estimates align with the companies construction methodology
Project Coordination
- Work closely with construction teams to support project readiness
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
- Ensure all documentation issued to site is complete, accurate, and on time
Supplier & Procurement Management
- Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and database integrity
- Support procurement in line with construction programs
About You
- Proven experience as a Production Estimator within residential or commercial construction
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
