At Glady & Co, our Inspire Programs are all about connection, confidence, and meaningful experiences. We’re looking for enthusiastic Support Workers who want to support participants to build independence, try new things, and have fun along the way.
This isn’t your average support work role – you’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering group-based programs, adventures, and multi-day experiences that truly inspire.
What you’ll be doing
As part of the Inspire Team, you will:
- Support 1–7 day group programs (including travel-based experiences)
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
- Encourage confidence, independence, and social connection
- Use your initiative to problem-solve in fast-paced, social settings
- Build positive relationships with participants and the Inspire Team
- Complete light admin before and after programs
Why you’ll love this role
- Work that feels meaningful, rewarding, and fun
- Variety – no two programs are the same
- Supportive team culture
- Opportunities to grow your skills in group facilitation and capacity building
- Flexible scheduling (with commitment to booked programs)
- Very good remuneration and allowances
Availability
We work with your schedule. Once rostered onto a program, you’ll need to be available for:
- The full program duration
- A few hours of admin in the week before and after
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking people who are:
- Warm, reliable, and people-focused
- Confident working in group environments
- Passionate about inclusion and empowerment
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable
Minimum requirements
- Certificate IV in Mental Health (preferred)
- Experience in group settings (disability, education, or community)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Strong understanding of the NDIS, inclusion, and capacity building
- Commitment to participant choice, dignity, and safety
