You will play a key role in managing your own portfolio of renewals while supporting senior colleagues on larger or more complex accounts. This position offers strong exposure to a wide range of industries and the chance to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, taking ownership of the renewal process from start to finish
  • Support senior team members with larger or more complex accounts
  • Handle new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments (MTAs)
  • Provide tailored insurance solutions across a range of commercial industries and policy lines
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all work is compliant with regulatory and company standards
  • Identify opportunities to grow and retain business within your portfolio

Qualifications or requirements

  • Tier 1 Insurance qualification (or working towards)
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar commercial broking or account management role
  • Confident managing clients across new business, renewals, and MTA stages
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive approach with a commitment to delivering excellent client service
