Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an enthusiastic, people focused College Administration Officer to join our Admissions & Marketing team. This is a highly visible and valued role, ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, building relationships, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
As the College Administration Officer, you will play a central role in the day‑to‑day operations of the College Reception and Administration Office. Working closely with staff, students, families and visitors, you’ll help create a warm, professional first impression while supporting admissions, events and facilities hire across the College.
Teamwork is key—everyone pitches in during busy times to ensure outstanding service and a positive experience for our whole community.
Key Responsibilities
College Reception
- Provide a friendly, professional first point of contact for visitors, families and staff
- Manage the College enquiries, mail, deliveries and visitor sign‑in
- Support daily operations including stationery, consumables, and administrative systems
Admissions Support
- Assist with admissions enquiries via phone and email
- Support Open Days, College tours; prepare visitor and information packs
- Coordinate bookings, visitor arrivals and meeting spaces
- Deliver a consistent, warm experience for prospective families
Facilities Hire
- Manage community bookings for College facilities
- Coordinate equipment, catering, staffing and documentation
- Liaise with Facilities, Finance and Business Services teams

- Highly organised with strong administration and communication skills
- Calm, friendly and confident when dealing with a wide range of people
- Committed to confidentiality, integrity and discretion
- A natural team player who enjoys supporting others
- A current Blue Card (Positive Notice Letter) is required.
