Clinical Governance Business Partner
Amplar Health | 12-Month Fixed Term | Full Time
Join Amplar Health and help drive safe, high-quality clinical care across our virtual and aged care services. As a Clinical Governance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in managing clinical risk, supporting compliance, and delivering meaningful quality improvement initiatives.
This opportunity is open to candidates based in South Australia or Queensland only, with flexible work-from-home arrangements and some travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinical incidents, complaints, and adverse events end-to-end
- Support investigations, escalations, and continuous improvement activities
- Contribute to clinical audits, accreditation, and credentialing processes
- Assist with delivery of education directly related to Clinical Governance
- Contribute to development and maintenance of clinical polices and procedures
- Analyse clinical data and deliver clear, actionable reports to both internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders to implement quality and safety initiatives
- Monitor clinical KPIs and ensure alignment to standards and requirements
What We're Looking For?
- Nurse or health professional with clinical governance or quality experience
- Background in a hospital or GP setting
- Experience with incident management, audits, accreditation, or quality improvement
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
