About the Role
Estia Health Cleveland is a brand new Residential Aged Care Facility.
The role of Client Services Officer is pivotal in ensuring prospective and new residents and their families receive a warm and friendly welcome, vital information and continued support throughout their journey to becoming a resident of our service.
We require an experienced Sales/Customer Service professional to be the first point of contact with prospective new residents and their families.
You will have previous experience within and Aged or Retirement service or have transferrable skills with a strong interest in the aged care industry. Your customer service and professionalism will be key to your success.
This new facility has already achieved exceptional occupancy with many people calling it home. Now we are ready to increase the occupancy for the next level of this beautiful building.
You'll be a team player who:
- Brings a friendly customer service to everyone - whether in person, on the phone or over email.
- Keeps on top of paperwork - record keeping, filing, etc
- Enjoys showcasing our home to future residents and their families
- Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service
- Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
- Possess knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential)
