Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, our centre provides the perfect canvas for 100 children to thrive, and for you to leave a lasting legacy in early education.
About You
As our new Centre Manager, you will:
- Lead with kindness, inclusivity, and a commitment to quality care
- Passionate and impactful leader with a focus on children and educators
- Inspires teams to deliver exceptional learning environments
- Empowers educators to nurture children’s independence and curiosity
- Builds strong connections with families and supports teams through open, thoughtful communication
- Creates a joyful, caring space that promotes meaningful growth for all
What You’ll Bring:
- You'll hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Legally ready to shine with full Australian working rights
- Safety-conscious with a current Child Protection certificate
- Responsible and ready with your Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- A warm, approachable and professional manner
- You love building strong, meaningful connections with families and the local community
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
