About the Role

As a Cargo Crew team member, you will play a key role in supporting day-today freight operations. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll assist with the safe handling, movement, and processing of cargo while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.

Service Delivery

• Perform basic freight handling and operational tasks
• Assist in loading, unloading, and movement of freight
• Operate non-airside equipment (non-aircraft AAF only)
• Support higher-level operators in daily operations
• Participate in training and development programs
• Use basic communication and computer systems

Standards, Compliance and Safety

• Follow all company safety procedures and instructions
• Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
• Report hazards and incidents promptly
• Work under supervision to ensure safe task completion

Skills and Experience Required

• A valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Ability to obtain and hold a valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
• Ability to obtain and hold a valid Airside Driving Authority (ADA)
• Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competent in the operational requirements of Ground Handling (ideal)
• Working understanding of the Aviation Industry
• Excellent organisation and time management skills to ensure safe and compliant operations with schedule pressures
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
