The Role:

The Northcote Aquatic & Recreation Centre (NARC) opened its doors in November 2023. This fully accessible venue comprises of indoor and outdoor pools, aquatic play spaces, gym and group fitness studios, health suites, café, reformer pilates studio, change rooms and outdoor relaxation areas.

We're seeking a enthusiastic Cafe Supervisors to assist in leading our dynamic team at NARC. Beyond overseeing cafe operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment, ensuring every visit is a memorable one.

About you

You will:

• Nail our values
• Previous experience in high-volume café
• Experience making delicious coffee
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Energetic and vibrant approach with the ability to bring new ideas to life
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Current National Police check, Working with Children check and First Aid qualifications
