Responsibilities or duties
In this role, you will be a key enabler operating at the intersection of the Marketing & Employee Experience team and the broader Banking & Financial Services ecosystem - partnering with finance, risk, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure the team operates with excellence. You will lead key business management activities including financial oversight, governance frameworks, risk uplifts, while driving the operational rhythm that enables the marketing function to drive efficiency and scale.
As a trusted advisor to the leadership team, you will cut through complexity to keep strategic priorities on track, champion the adoption of AI and agile methodologies to build a more resilient, effective and scalable function.
Qualifications or requirements
7+ years' experience in a business management or operations role ideally within Marketing, Digital, Financial Services or Professional Services environments.
Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy is highly desirable.
Experience in process and risk controls is highly desirable.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, headcount, and financial reporting in partnership with finance teams.
Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all activities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment including planning cycles, sprint ceremonies and adapting quickly to change.
Exceptional executive-level communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
A strategic mindset with the ability to think holistically, identify opportunities for improvement, and create structure in ambiguous environments.
High accountability with the ability to navigate complex challenges and lead through change.
