This full-time role is based in Brookvale, or Mona vale and offers a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along set routes, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey

What we offer:

  • Reimbursement for pre-employment verification will be provided upon successful application and start of employment.
  • Compensated orientation followed by a training period of 3 to 4 weeks.

What we're looking for

  • Be a permanent resident of Australia or citizen of Australia or New Zealand or Valid visa with full working rights.
  • Have held an unrestricted Australian driver's license for the last 12 months (and be willing to obtain a Heavy Rigid License).
  • Willing to complete pre-employment checks and provide the following documents:
    • Full driving record
    • Working with children checks (paid, not volunteer)
    • Criminal history checks
    • References
    • Undergo pre-employment health assessment as per transport NSW standards
    • Complete HR driving knowledge test and obtain HR logbook
  • Have good communication and strong customer service skills, and a passion for providing an exceptional passenger experience.
  • A commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

We are recruiting both experienced and first-time drivers at our depot locations: Neutral Bay, Brookvale and Mona Vale.
