We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Keilor Park.

The role

Reporting to the Building Maintenance Team Leader we are seeking a Building Maintenance Officer who can bring their skills and experience for:

Responsibilities or duties

  • Broad knowledge and proficiency of building and asset management and maintenance principles
  • Knowledge of Legislation, Regulations, Codes of Practice and standards as they relate to works undertaken, including OH&S.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.

Qualifications or requirements

Experience needed

  • Local government experience is desirable
  • Diploma or Building Trades Qualification with demonstrated substantial experience (5 years or more).
  • Knowledge of relevant legislations, standards, codes of practice and OH&S.
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
