We support a diverse client base including prime defence contractors and commercial shipping companies. With a proactive and professional approach, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality marine solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Boilermaker / Welder to join our Darwin team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding using MIG, TIG and Stick processes
  • Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, copper nickel, aluminium and exotic materials
  • Carry out deck repairs and replacements
  • Install watertight doors and hatches
  • Fabricate and repair pipes, tanks and marine components
  • Ensure all welds meet strict quality standards and classification society requirements
  • Follow all safe work practices and site safety procedures
  • Contribute to a positive, productive and safety-focused team environment
  • Work both independently and collaboratively across varied marine projects

About You:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Boilermaker / Fabricator (marine or shipyard experience highly desirable)
  • Strong fabrication and structural welding capability
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Demonstrated experience in aluminium welding using TIG and MIG
  • Strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety culture
  • Excellent communication skills
  • White Card and valid Driver’s Licence (essential)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance for a Defence Common Access Card (DCA
