Key Responsibilities:

• Create, review, analyses, and interpret tender documents
• Collaborate with project teams, estimators, and other departments
• Contribute to tender strategy, presenting clear technical solutions
• Identify and assess risks in tenders and recommend mitigation measures
• Maintain organised tender documentation in folders and portals
• Provide progress updates, recommendations, and insights throughout the tender
• Ensure all tender submissions are technically accurate
• Perform other tasks related to tendering and project bidding as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a bids and tenders manager
• Strong understanding of industry standards, and best practices
• Advanced user of estimation software and Microsoft Office.
• Legal right to work in Australia
