JOB DETAILS:
For over 15 years, ASCOT GROUP has delivered specialised construction projects across aged care, retirement living, childcare, education, commercial environments.
These are projects that require coordination, commercial discipline and a deep understanding of how construction impacts people and live operations.
We were built on a simple but powerful idea: make a difference.
Not just in the spaces we create, but in how we partner with clients, consultants and subcontractors to deliver them.
The experience is the difference. And it shows in every project we complete.
The Role you would play
This is where detail, structure and quality come together.
As Bid Coordinator, you will take ownership of the non pricing side of ASCOT GROUP’s tender submissions. From the moment an opportunity lands, you bring order to it. You understand what is required, align the right people and shape a response that is clear, consistent and reflective of who we are.
You will play a key role in how ASCOT GROUP shows up to clients. Every submission is an opportunity to demonstrate our thinking, capability and standards.
What this looks like:
You are the connector behind the scenes.
You manage incoming tenders, coordinate internal input and engage with clients to ensure clarity from the outset. You take complex information and turn it into structured, well written submissions aligned to each client’s requirements.
You keep timelines on track, ensure nothing is missed and bring a level of consistency that builds trust across every submission.
You also look for ways to improve how things are done, refining templates, strengthening processes and lifting the overall quality of submissions.
Our dream bid coordinator is:
The person people trust when it has to be right.
Exceptional attention to detail, you catch what others miss
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
Strong written communication, clear, structured, persuasive
A natural coordinator, you keep things moving and people aligned
Customer-first mindset , you care about how we show up to clients
A team player who lifts the standard around them
Background in admin, coordination or customer service is essential.
Construction experience? Helpful, but not a deal breaker.
Why ASCOT GROUP
You will be part of a team that values quality, not just output.
Your work will directly influence the opportunities we win.
You will be trusted to own your space and improve it.
And you will be surrounded by people who care about doing things properly.
If you take pride in producing high quality work, enjoy bringing structure to complexity and want to play a meaningful role in how projects are won, we would love to hear from you.
ASCOT GROUP - The experience is the difference.
