About the role

Are you looking to continue your automotive career as a Service Advisor but with a better work–life balance?

We’re offering a new opportunity for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to stay in the industry you know — while enjoying a work-life balance.

This position is Permanent Part Time – 1, 2, 3 or 4 days per week – YOU CHOOSE YOUR DAYS!

Based in Kirrawee – working hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm.

What will a day look like?

• Open from 7:30am you will meet and greet customers as part of our "driveway service" in a casual setting (no suits and tie here)
• You will confirm booking details, providing general advice and support in identifying what repairs/maintenance needs to be done
• Liaise between the workshop and customer for any repairs, sales or warranty operations required
• Cost/invoice paperwork for each customer
• Overall: establish and develop effective customer relationships

About you:

• Previous or current experience as an Automotive Service Advisor - Essential
• Proven experience meeting and/or over achieving Customer Satisfaction Targets
• ERA Net/ERA Power Experience - highly regarded
• You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong rapport with customers
• You thrive in a busy and fast paced environment
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
• Current NSW Driver's License
