As an Associate Director, you will join NAB’s Treasury team that’s focused on keeping it simple.
In this Associate Director role, you will
- Be responsible for the Annual adequacy assessment document (ICAAP).
- Drive process continuous improvement to find efficiencies, expand capability and strengthen governance.
- Conduct scenario analysis and capital planning, including stress testing.
- Provide reporting to Committees & Board, and APRA.
- Arrange delivery of responses to ad hoc requests and broader capital management strategy.
Your Capabilities, Experience & Qualifications Will Include
- Ability to review information, and question whether it is fit for reporting externally.
- Confidence to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong report writing skills, including the ability to summarise information in a concise manner for senior management.
- Understanding of key Treasury functions - capital, liquidity, funding.
- Experience applying data driven statistical modelling techniques.
- Prior experience in of Risk, Finance, Treasury and/or Corporate Finance roles.
