JOB DETAILS:

As a 2IC, you play a critical role in leading the store alongside the Store Manager, driving both team performance and customer experience. You are accountable for creating a high-performing, supportive environment where both your team and customers feel valued.

You will lead from the floor, oversee daily operations, and support the team through coaching, development, and real-time feedback. With a strong focus on people and performance, you understand that when your team thrives, the business thrives.

We're looking for a confident and proactive leader who can step into ownership, make decisions, and consistently deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years experience as an Assistant Store Manager, 2IC, or senior retail team member
• Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in the location of your place of work
• Availability: Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
