About Our School
All Saints Parish School was established in 1989 to provide a quality Catholic Education to the students of Albany Creek, Eatons Hill and surrounding areas. It has grown into a medium size school of approximately 620 students. The committed and caring staff, work closely with parents to provide a well-rounded education for its students. About The Opportunity
Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) invites applications for this School Senior Leadership position with the capability to support the Principal in:
- building the religious life of the school and a vibrant Catholic identity within the school community;
- growing the engagement, progress, achievement and wellbeing of each student in the school; and
- building a sustainable school community, ensuring stewardship of resources with transparency, accountability and compliance.
In This Position You Will Be Responsible For
- Manage and coordinate operational logistics within a large and dynamic school setting.
- Organise and maintain relief staffing schedules, ensuring continuity of learning and timely communication with staff. Oversee daily staffing movements, absences, and last‑minute changes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide high‑level administrative support to school leadership and staff.
- High‑level IT skills, with confidence overseeing school management systems, databases, spreadsheets, and digital scheduling tools.
- Ability to remain calm, flexible, and solution‑focused in a dynamic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach.Manage and coordinate operational logistics within a large and dynamic school setting.
About You
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Experience as an Assistant Principal, Assistant Principal Religious Education, Deputy Principal, Head of Campus or Principal, or a senior role providing support and leadership to Catholic schools, or equivalent experience
- Experience in teaching, and leading the teaching of, religious education.
Eligibility And Safeguarding Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
- For this position you are required to be Catholic (or a faith partner of one of our ecumenical schools).
