Assistant New Car Sales Manager – Lexus of Macarthur
Lexus of Macarthur is a proudly family-owned and operated Dealership with a strong reputation for valuing our people and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are now seeking a motivated and driven Assistant New Car Sales Manager to join our Lexus team in Gregory Hills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional to step into a leadership role and work closely with our Sales Manager in achieving performance targets, building strong customer relationships, and fostering a positive team culture.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Sales Manager in planning, managing, and leading the New Vehicle Sales team.
- Driving the achievement of new vehicle sales targets, gross profit margins, and compliance standards.
- Supervising and mentoring Sales Consultants, encouraging urgency, precision, and customer-first service.
- Overseeing daily sales operations, lead management, and vehicle deliveries.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and use of dealership systems (TUNE, CRM tools).
- Managing vehicle stock, display, and presentation standards across the showroom and yard.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships in line with our “Toyota for Life” philosophy.
- Promoting and living the 4K Values – love what you do, make it right, be easy to do business with, and always strive to be better.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, with a strong history of high-volume sales and KPI achievement.
- Someone looking for the next step in their career and also looking for future career progression within the number one brand in Australia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proven ability to work to targets, KPIs, and compliance standards.
- Computer literacy with DMS/CRM systems (TUNE advantageous).
- Current NSW driver’s licence.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to act with urgency and precision.
- Ability to work weekends.
