About the Role
The purpose of this role is to partner with a Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of Diversified customers in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, system and governance.
Role Type: Permanent

Work Hours: Full-Time (40 Hours/ Week)

This role is accountable for:
- Maintaining a well‐managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Maintaining control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment process.
- Acting in the best interest of the customer and applying a customer‐centric approach.
- Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs.
- Providing appropriate solutions towards account maintenance and simple customer requests.
- Supporting the management of a portfolio of Diversified Industries customers.
- Collaborating with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customer needs.
- Engaging diversified teams when required.

The ‘must have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
- Data analysis: Collecting, profiling and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions.
- Customer solutioning: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services, and/ or providing considered options, that meet those needs.
- Credit Analysis: The ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors such as character, capital, capacity to repay, collateral (security) and conditions (the 5Cs of credit).
- Fulfilment: The end‐to‐end execution of a process, or part thereof, to achieve a customer or end user outcome.
- Relationship management: Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ability to support credit approval activities with competency in credit assessment and management.
The ‘good to have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
- Stakeholder management: the systematic identification and analysis of stakeholders and their needs, including understanding their contribution to an initiative, willingness to engage, influence and necessity of involvement.

- University degree well regarded
