The Assistant Centre Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Centre Manager and together they lead and support our Co-workers, so that they consistently offer a safe and high-quality service to our families and children. Our Assistant Centre Managers demonstrate leadership, build trustful relationships with families, their team, and are committed to delivering business objectives - we value your opinion and input to our business.

Working in childcare can be physically and mentally demanding - you have the ability to calmly and confidently deal with multiple priorities, and are a role model for your team

You are organised and have computer literacy

You have experience as an Assistant Centre Manager, or previous leadership experience and are ready for your next challenge

You have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Hold a current WWC, minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and other relevant qualifications
