- Support daily branch operations, fleet management, and compliance
- Maintain brand and service standards

- Champion Customer Experience

- Monitor feedback and NPS performance
- Resolve escalated issues professionally and efficiently
- Support Financial Performance
- Assist in delivering budget and revenue targets
- Identify growth opportunities
- Ensure accurate reporting and cost control
What You’ll Bring to the Trip
Essential:
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong customer service background
- Experience managing performance, change, and operational improvement
- Confident decision-maker with strong conflict resolution skills
- Experience using CRM/reporting systems and basic–intermediate Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- Fleet, vehicle compliance, or workshop operations experience
- Business qualification (or similar)
