With production increasing, we’re seeking motivated Assembly Workers. You don’t need experience in the explosives sector — we’re looking for dependable people who can work safely, follow processes, and thrive in a hands-on role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable work history (explain any gaps in your resume)
• Physically fit – must pass an intensive medical assessment (includes treadmill)
• Able to work 12-hour rotating roster (7 shifts over 14 days, day and night shifts)
• Willing to undergo Drug & alcohol testing (including random testing)
• High-level Police Check (Explosives Licence required)
• All age groups are welcome from 18+

Rotating Roster

• 7 shifts over 14 days (8am–8pm and 8pm–8am)
• Work every other week
• Fixed 28 day roster – no changes
• 2 x 15-min + 2 x 25-min paid breaks per shift.

Hourly Rate

$43.78 per hour (flat rate) + Super paid fortnightly.
