AUSTCORP are looking for Asphalt Crew Members to join our clients growing team in Cairns, who pride themselves on safety, quality, and building strong teams that deliver results.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Current and Valid Driver Licence – HR and Up
• White Card
• Roller RII and Experience – Desirable
• Tractor RII and Experience – Desirable
• Great Attitude and Willingness to Work Hard
• Open to Learning New Skills
• Able to Work 8 – 12 Hour Shifts
• Day and Night Work
• Able to go away with work
• Able to Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test
• Reliable, safety-focused, and a good team player
• Physically fit and ready to work outdoors in all conditions
• Pre-Employment National Police Check

Experience needed

Ideally, we are seeking candidates who have civil and/or road labouring experience, asphalt and spray seal experience would be amazing but not essential.

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: high school
