Premium Tier One Flagship Lounge Sydney International Airport
Mainly Monday to Friday, some nights and weekends required
High volume, providing 5 star guest experience across all lounge touch points

THE POSITION
Lead the daily operations of a flagship Executive Business Class Lounge at Sydney International Airport, setting the benchmark for premium guest experience
Drive an exceptional, personalised hospitality experience across food and beverage, catering, and concierge services
Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor, inspiring your team to deliver 5-star service at every guest touch point
Manage cost of goods and implement effective stock control systems to support a high-quality food and beverage offering
Deliver monthly financial and budgetary reporting, identifying opportunities to streamline operations without compromising service standards
Cultivate a team culture built on hospitality excellence, pride, and continuous development
Lead, motivate and develop your team to consistently exceed the expectations of premium airline guests
Implement strategies to reduce labour turnover and build a stable, engaged team
Build and maintain a strong, trusted relationship with the client
THE PERSON
A genuine passion for premium hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a luxury or high-end environment
Proven experience leading food and beverage or catering teams in a premium setting, airline lounge, luxury hotel, or fine dining background highly regarded
Warm, polished, and guest-obsessed, you lead by example on the floor and set the tone for your team
Sound commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost controls, and P&L
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at a senior level
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building motivated, high-performing hospitality teams
Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements (Level 3 preferred)
Hospitality or Business qualifications well regarded
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing resources in line with operational targets'
