About the role
Aircraft Refueller – Parafield Airport (Weekend / Flexible Roster)
We are a family-owned aviation fuel service operating at Parafield Airport, and we’re looking for a reliable Aircraft Refueller to join our small team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves aviation, enjoys working around aircraft, and is looking for weekend work. It may suit a semi-retired person, or a young person looking to start in the aviation industry.
All training is provided.
Work Schedule
Weekend work
Either Friday to Monday roster or Saturday & Sunday only
Hours may vary depending on aircraft movements
Key Duties
- Refuelling aircraft on the airport apron
- Loading aviation fuel into refuelling tankers
- Performing daily safety and operational checks on fuel trucks
- Washing and maintaining refuelling vehicles
- Following fuel safety procedures and aviation regulations
- Assisting with general operational tasks around the fuel facility
Requirements
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Willing to learn and follow safety procedures
- Own transport required to travel to Parafield Airport
- Comfortable working outdoors and around aircraft
- Interest in aviation is highly regarded
- Must have MR truck license
