In the role of Agribusiness Manager 2, Leave & Relief, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness Team that’s doubling down on winning together!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Put customers at the centre of everything you do, understanding their goals and delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Build, manage and grow a portfolio of business banking customers and referral partners.
- Provide trusted advice on business opportunities and risks, supporting customers with planning and growth strategies.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business through networks, referrals and regional collaboration.
- Own the end-to-end customer experience, including day-to-day servicing, transactions and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit high-quality lending proposals and customer applications with sound credit assessment.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Experience in sales, business banking or lending, with strong commercial acumen and an understanding of credit.
- A background in banking, finance or agribusiness, with a strong understanding of agricultural sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and internal partners.
- A customer-first mindset, with the ability to identify needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, growth mindset with a drive to uncover opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Curiosity and initiative to identify efficiencies, improve processes, and contribute to team and business outcomes.
