As an Agreements Advisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we partner with landholders and stakeholders—leading agreement negotiations, providing expert advice, and ensuring access arrangements are delivered smoothly, compliantly, and with care.

• Provide advice on legal and regulatory obligations (including Petroleum & Gas Act, Land Access Code and related frameworks) to manage risk and support compliant land access delivery. Simplify processes and improve ways of working to enhance efficiency across the business.

What will you bring?

• A law degree and solid experience delivering land access, property or commercial agreements.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex issues and driving solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Sound understanding of legal frameworks relevant to land access, ideally within the energy or resources sector.
• A collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
