Join our Operations & Maintenance Team on one of Queensland's most significant water infrastructure projects. We're seeking an experienced Administrator to support the $983 million Fitzroy to Gladstone Pipeline Project in Rockhampton – a transformational initiative securing water for the region's future.
Minimum 20 hours per week
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Site financial controls, budgeting, and month end reporting
- Procurement and vendor coordination
- Invoice processing and purchase orders (SAP & VAMS)
- Timesheet and payroll administration
- Site documentation and quality assurance
- Contractor and visitor coordination
- Training, inductions, and site events
- Monthly reporting and presentations
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with financial controls and procurement
- SAP or similar system experience
- Proactive problem solver
