About the role

Assist with data entry to clinical systems

Respond to phone enquiries from staff, other hospitals or doctors, and members of the public

Participate in ongoing Data audits as directed by the Senior Data & Reporting Manager

Maintain ROI database and follow up on return of information request

Provide help and admin support to Nursing staff as requested

About you

Experience in a high-volume administrative or customer service role

Able to carry out work in word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, both independently and as part of a team

Friendly phone manner and good customer service skills

Availability to work weekends (currently one weekend on, one weekend off)

A major Sydney prison with capacity for 1,800 male patients

Our team of clinical & non-clinical employees provide high quality & compassionate care to the inmates

Onsite free parking, a café, gym, and changing room facilities
