The position:

The Administration Officer provides high-quality administrative and coordination support as an integral member of the Catholic Identity & Mission team. The role focuses on managing meetings, events, documentation, digital platforms, accreditation and study incentive processes, while supporting staff induction, purchasing and day-to-day operations. This position is based at the head office in Berrimah.

This is a full-time permanent position, however part-time hours can be negotiated for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

As Administration Officer, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including correspondence, document management, record keeping and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate networks, committees, meetings, retreats and professional learning events, including agendas, minutes, presentations, logistics, bookings and follow-up actions.
  • Administer digital platforms and internal systems, including calendars and online meetings.
  • Support policy management, accreditation processes and compliance requirements, including maintaining registers, processing applications and issuing certificates.
  • Administer the Study Incentive Program and support data collation, reporting and record maintenance.
  • Support staff induction, purchasing, travel and reception duties as required, ensuring efficient team operations.

  • Is highly organised, with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Is confident using digital platforms and administrative systems
  • Handles sensitive information with discretion and maintains a high level of confidentiality.
  • Supports and respects the mission and values of our school communities and works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Holds or is able to obtain a Working with Children (Ochre) Card and NT Driver’s Licence.
