The Role:
As Admin Support you’ll play a key role in supporting HBT Services QLD, specifically supporting the Overhauls team with all office related activities and a focus on documentation and purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Admin Support will be responsible for maintaining documentation and registers to accomplish the company’s objectives; this will include but not be limited to invoicing jobs, tenders, purchase orders, invoice processing and reviewing of transactions/job costings, document control
- Supplying data and reports when requested to support the business functions of HBT services Qld.
- Administering and completing various reports as required.
- Identifying and recording of quality problems.
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and assisting with general duties.
- Supporting the business with purchasing and administration duties
- Taking minutes during meetings.
- Providing support to various departments as needed.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager.
Necessary Skills:
- Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent Organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of software and tools.
- Ability to build professional relationships with multiple stakeholders including, customers, industry partners and employees.
About us:
HBT Services QLD is responsible for the overhauls of longwall machinery across QLD and operates under two (3) plants, being Overhauls, Warehouse and Gearbox repairs.
