About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and compassionate Activities Manager (Known internally as Wellbeing Manager) to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich the lives of our residents at Caulfield Horizons Care Community.

- ? Employment Type: Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)

Responsibilities or duties
- Lead a diverse and engaging program of events and activities that support physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
- Develop personalised engagement plans for residents, celebrating their unique backgrounds, preferences, and passions.
- Coach and mentor our care team to deliver meaningful, daily interactions with residents.
- Work closely with clinical and allied health teams to support resident mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
- Be the creative driver behind a vibrant community culture where every resident can thrive.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- A passion for enriching the lives of others and creating joyful experiences.
- Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded).
- Excellent creativity, organisation, and communication skills.
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team.
- A relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable.
- Willingness to complete:
- Pre-employment medical
- Police check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
