About the Role
At CTM our Accounts Payable Team are responsible for overseeing and contributing to timely processing of payments and reconciliations relating to our clients travel expenditure. We are firm believers in working smarter and using technology for efficiency gains, especially during this period of rapid growth in our business.
About You
Our ideal candidate has an Accounts background and is looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll display a high level of attention to detail, are adaptable in a fast paced industry and thrives in a collaborative environment. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Leader, you must be able to communicate in an efficient yet friendly manner with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely processing of authorized invoices.
- Preparing payment of approved creditor invoices within agreed trading terms, including foreign currency.
- Ensure creditor terms (e.g. contact/payment details and credit terms) are regularly maintained in accounting software.
- Regular review, reporting and follow up of outstanding creditor balances, including aging.
- Accurate and timely reconciliation of supplier statements when received.
- Ensure timely review and maintenance of creditor related clearing/suspense accounts.
- Attend to inquiries from internal and external customers and suppliers in a timely and appropriate manner
