About the Role:
As Area Manager, you will have end‑to‑end accountability for service delivery across the ACT region (including Upper Lachlan). Based at our Deakin ACT hub, you will lead a diverse, experienced team and be responsible for translating purpose into results.
You will balance financial stewardship and operational rigour with compassionate, people‑centred leadership, ensuring services remain sustainable, high‑quality and responsive to the communities we serve
Your Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the delivery of high quality, sustainable Uniting home and community care services.
- Lead the growth of Uniting home and community care services across the region
- Work closely with the HACC team to translate business and strategic objectives into targets, tactical plans and action steps.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Willingness and ability to travel between Uniting community sites and client locations.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor qualification in a relevant field such as health discipline, business field or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
