Role Context
As a 3IC, you are an integral part of the store leadership team, working closely with the Store Manager and 2IC to drive both team and customer experience. You will lead from the floor, supporting daily operations while creating a warm, engaging and high-performing store environment.
Responsibilities
You play a key role in setting the standard—coaching team members, supporting performance, and ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience.
Qualifications or Requirements
We're looking for someone who is proactive, confident in leading others, and passionate about developing both themselves and their team.
Experience Needed
Management or leadership experience preferred
