About the Opportunity
As the Warehouse Admin, you will be the vital link between the Rosehill warehouse and the road, balancing precision, efficiency, and driver support. Your mission is to ensure the smooth, compliant, and timely flow of all daily transport operations.
This multifaceted role involves taking ownership of the following critical tasks:
- Review and audit all returned paperwork and meticulously Scan driver POD paperwork & Filing to maintain accurate records and facilitate rapid invoicing.
- Conduct comprehensive driver debriefs, offering constructive feedback, recognising performance, and addressing operational or safety concerns to foster a supportive and high-performing environment.
- Review and assign second loads to drivers, dynamically balancing schedules and driver hours to ensure maximum fleet utilisation and productivity.
- Proactively manage and report critical Fatigue Management Reporting, ensuring strict adherence to national heavy vehicle standards and prioritising the well-being of the team.
- Coordinate the overall daily dispatch schedule, preparing load plans, and communicating seamlessly with drivers, warehouse teams, and external providers.
- Actively monitor delivery progress, quickly identifying potential delays and responding to issues as they arise, upholding safety and compliance across all dispatch operations.
About You
You possess a strategic mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail and a genuine drive for operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in a dispatch, warehouse admin, or transport coordination role, demonstrating the ability to manage complex schedules.
- Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems (such as SAP) is a strong advantage.
- A safety-first mindset, coupled with the organisational prowess to manage compliance tasks independently and the collaborative spirit to excel within a supportive team.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of providing clear direction and conducting professional debriefs.
