Join our fun and dynamic team at Westfield Doncaster as a Valet Parking Attendant, where you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

You’ll be proactive, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering premium valet services to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and professional parking experience.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers to enhance their valet experience.
  • Greeting customers upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression.
  • Safely parking and retrieving customer vehicles, delivering a seamless and premium valet experience.
  • Processing valet payments accurately, handling both cash and electronic transactions.
  • Managing traffic flow and redirecting vehicles when the valet area reaches capacity.

This role is a casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, such as hotel or guest services; valet experience is desirable.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Hold a valid full Australian driver’s license (Manual/Auto).
