About the role:
We are looking for a Technology Service Desk Officer to join our team. This position will join our 24/7 Technology Service Desk based in our Perth support office in Rivervale. This role supports our Team Members and technology across store and support offices across Australia and New Zealand.
What's involved:
As a Technology Service Desk Officer, you will provide effective delivery of 1st level technical, operational and procedural support for all systems and equipment used across Bunnings.
You will provide a high level of customer service and have a focus on meeting agreed service levels.
You will monitor technology system operations and following procedures to ensure efficient operation and completeness of process, providing our team members and customers a positive experience with minimal disruption.
Who we're looking for:
You will bring excellent customer service skills and be looking to develop your technical skills in a busy and dynamic environment.
You'll need:
- Ideally the completion of secondary education with a keen interest in Technology (any formal Technology qualifications or other hands-on experience would be advantageous)
- Ability to work full time and be open to shift work across varying hours and days of work (between 5am-6pm)
- Ability to attend shifts on site across varying hours including, early morning and late shifts
- Customer focus, with excellent phone and email communication skills
- The ability to adapt and change and thrive working in a busy environment
- To be curious and enjoy working through a problem to the end to find a solution
- Any exposure to a ticket logging system or retail point of sale systems would be advantageous (but not critical)
Training will be provided for this role.
