We are looking for strategists and architects who blend technical and business knowledge to tackle our clients' most complex problems.

  • Technology, data and AI strategy
  • Enterprise and domain architecture
  • Technology operating model design and implementation
  • Technology business case development
  • Technology transformation program design and delivery

The focus is on core consulting skills within technology domains, the Tech Advisory team is not focused on software engineering type roles.

Your opportunity

  • Lead the delivery of technology, data and AI advisory services to clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Manage and mentor teams, providing guidance and support to consultants and senior consultants
  • Facilitate client workshops, drive analysis, and present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, helping them understand root causes of business challenges, evaluate solutions, and realise business benefits
  • Oversee engagement pursuits, including identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, planning, and developing proposals
  • Collaborate with sector and technical experts across the firm, including global teams, to deliver integrated solutions

Your experience

  • Proven experience communicating and influencing a wide range of stakeholders, from analysts to senior executives, in a government consulting context
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver and manage all aspects of a consulting engagement
  • Ability to juggle competing demands and work as a team player in a dynamic and results-based environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading analysis and delivering projects in one or more of the following areas:
    • Strategy development
    • Architecture (enterprise, domain)
    • Infrastructure (hybrid cloud, sourcing)
    • Operating model design and implementation
    • IT business case
    • Technology or digital transformation program design and delivery
  • Experience in Public Sector technology consulting is highly desirable, or an ability to demonstrate a background in significant technology transformation initiatives coupled with internal consulting experience.
  • Lead the delivery of technology, data and AI advisory services to clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
