Role Overview

Support Qantas Flight Training by maintaining and operating flight simulators. This role ensures pilots receive high‑quality training in safe, reliable, and compliant simulator environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of simulators.
  • Ensure simulator systems meet regulatory and operational standards.
  • Provide technical support during pilot training sessions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of simulator performance and maintenance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in electronics, avionics, or related discipline.
  • Experience in simulator maintenance or aviation systems.
  • Strong problem‑solving and technical diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
