About the Role...

We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to guide and support our team while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload in your preferred clinical area. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated physiotherapist ready to step into a leadership role — balancing hands-on care with people and operational management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals.
  • Assist the Operations Manager oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows and excellent patient experiences
  • Collaborate with directors on business growth, quality improvement, and staff development initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain a small, active clinical caseload (approximately 20–30%).
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

In Dubbo, life is relaxed with cleaner air, lighter traffic, friendly people, and plenty of walking and cycling tracks, social and sporting options. Essential Criteria:

  • AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist or Allied Health professional
  • 4+ years clinical experience (private practice preferred)
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience mentoring staff and contributing to strategic goals
  • Familiarity with SIRA, NDIS, DVA, and private clients
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Willingness to maintain a small clinical caseload alongside leadership duties
  • Working With Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current driver’s license
