THE ROLES:

SITE SUPERVISOR

• Lead residential projects from start to finish
• Manage programs, trades, and subcontractors
• Deliver multi-million dollar new builds, basement construction, and complex renovations
• Maintain quality, safety, and architectural standards
• Liaise directly with clients, architects, and project teams

LEADING HAND

• Support site leadership and daily operations
• Coordinate trades and sequencing of works
• Maintain high standards of workmanship on complex builds
• Assist with problem-solving on detailed architectural projects
• Act as key on-site support to the Site Supervisor

THE MUST HAVES:

• Proven experience on high-end residential construction
• Knowledge of custom homes, basement builds, and detailed renovations
• Strong trade coordination and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, high attention to detail, and ability to deliver complex projects on time
