About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will have the responsibility for managing staff on your allocated shift and ensuring that operational targets are consistently achieved. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence
Some tasks as part of this role include:
- Supporting the training and development of new team members to ensure they understand and deliver our high standards of customer service and safety
- Manage stocktake/inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
- Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and/or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
- Picking & Packing customer orders
- Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
- Accountable for a continuous improvement at the site
- Occupational Health & Safety and preventative maintenance
- Assist in analysing KPI and stock-keeping data, identifying issues, and preparing reports for resolution and action
About You
- Located in or near Tarneit
- Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience required
- Prior experience within the Distribution & logistics Industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm (occasional overtime)
