Role Overview
Provide strategic planning, performance monitoring, and governance support across APS divisions. This role ensures effective delivery of government programs, compliance with governance frameworks, and high‑quality reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement planning and performance frameworks.
- Monitor program outcomes and prepare governance reports.
- Provide advice on compliance and risk management.
- Support executive decision‑making with evidence‑based analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve governance practices.
Selection Criteria
- Strong knowledge of APS governance and performance frameworks.
- Proven analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.

- Experience in planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
