We are seeking an experienced Senior Lending Associate to support two brokers, including Head Broker Shubham, across residential and commercial lending. This role is ideal for someone confident managing files end-to-end and contributing to a business that settles around $135M annually across residential and commercial deals.
This role is for someone confident managing files end-to-end, proactive with clients and lenders, and committed to delivering work to a high standard. The Opportunity
You will take ownership of the loan process following initial conversation through to settlement, ensuring every application is prepared accurately, proactively managed and professionally communicated.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end residential loan processing
- Supporting commercial lending transactions where required
- Preparing, structuring and lodging applications in line with compliance requirements
- Liaising with lenders, BDMs, aggregators and referral partners
- Proactively updating clients to ensure a seamless experience
- Supporting workflow management to maintain efficiency and quality
- Reviewing and managing the back-book to optimise client loan structures and uncover growth opportunities.
This is a high-trust role where attention to detail, organisation and lender knowledge are essential.

About You
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Client Service Manager or Loan Processor within a brokerage (essential)
- Strong residential lending knowledge
- Commercial lending exposure highly regarded
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can manage lenders and clients effectively
- Experience with MyCRM advantageous
