In the role of Senior Consultant Change, you will join the Transformation Change team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Responsibilities or duties

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of change management activities across key transformation programs, ensuring alignment to agreed plans and timelines.
  • Partner closely with project leaders and stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and support transition planning to ensure organisational readiness.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to maximise adoption and minimise disruption.
  • Design and deliver communication plans to support impacted business areas throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Identify training needs and develop supporting materials to enable smooth transition and capability uplift.
  • Establish and track adoption metrics to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to shape and deliver change strategies for complex programs.
  • Advanced influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering impactful messaging.
  • Proven ability to lead and drive change initiatives, providing direction and guidance to project teams.
  • Experience applying change management methodologies in agile and transformation environments.
  • Strong facilitation and consulting skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and support decision-making.
