About the Role

Join Uniting’s HACC team as a Sales Representative and be the first point of contact for new clients beginning their aged care journey. Are you a care partner who would like to make a move into sales? Apply now and start making a difference!

In this role, you'll manage inbound and outbound calls, guiding potential clients through the onboarding process, answering queries, and promoting our Support at home. You'll play a key role in helping clients feel supported, informed, and confident in choosing Uniting for their care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to sales enquiries and triage clients based on priority.
  • Engage potential clients, build trust, and guide them through onboarding.
  • Promote Uniting’s home care services and unique value propositions.
  • Conduct needs-based sales conversations and overcome objections.
  • Disqualify clients when appropriate and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist with referral codes, co-contributions, and service agreement paperwork.
  • Prepare budgets in collaboration with clients and complete necessary documentation.
  • Assess client care needs, escalate complex cases, and develop interim care plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and rostering.
  • Follow up with clients post-onboarding to review experience and gather feedback.
  • Uphold WH&S standards and foster an inclusive, safe, and diverse workplace.

About You:

You’re a natural communicator with a passion for helping others. You love the challenge of sales and know how to build trust over the phone. You understand aged care and are confident using CRMs and managing documentation with accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven ability to meet sales KPIs.
  • Empathy and communication skills to guide and support older Australians.
  • Financial literacy to assist clients with budgeting and service planning.
  • Experience using CRMs, Docusign, and the My Aged Care portal.
  • Solid understanding of aged care legislation, service limits, and compliance.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently.
