About the Role

This is a dynamic, all-round Sales role combining business development with internal sales coordination.

You will be responsible for building relationships with floor and tile retailers to establish distribution outlets along with managing the day-to-day sales process — ensuring enquiries are handled promptly, professionally and converted into orders.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting and building relationships with floor and tile retailers across SEQ to engage as distributers
  • Supporting the Business Development Manager in building relationships with architects, designers, builders and clients
  • Responding to incoming enquiries via phone, email and website
  • Supporting showroom enquiries and customer interactions
  • Providing product advice and solutions to distributors and customers
  • Preparing, issuing quotes and following up quotes
  • Processing orders and invoices
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records within systems

About You

Experience in sales, customer service or internal sales (construction/interiors highly regarded) – Training will be provided

Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage with people

Confident handling enquiries and converting leads into sales

Organised with strong attention to detail

Proactive with a genuine drive to achieve results

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities

Interest or passion for building, construction or interior design
